Return policy

This page describes how to return one of the small desk objects listed in the Items showcase if it did not feel like the right companion for your habits. The aim is to keep the process calm and respectful for everyone involved.

Return window

You can return any item within thirty (30) calendar days from the date it arrives at your address. The window starts on the day the parcel is delivered to the shipping address you provided at checkout.

Condition of returned items

  • The item is in its original packaging, including any inner protective material.
  • The item shows only signs of careful, normal trial use at a desk.
  • Removable covers are clean and dry.

If an item arrives damaged in transit, please write to us within seven days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or a full refund. Sharing a short photo of the issue helps us solve it more quickly.

How to start a return

  1. Write to infocenter@organicoubrighte.world or use the contact form, mentioning the item name and your order reference.
  2. We reply within two business days with the return address and a short return form to include in the parcel.
  3. You ship the parcel using a standard tracked service of your choice within Canada or from abroad.
  4. Once the parcel arrives at the studio, we inspect the item and process the refund within seven business days.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The amount equals the price of the returned item. Original outbound shipping is refundable when the return is due to a fault on our side; otherwise, return shipping is paid by the customer.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different one in the showcase, simply mention this in your return note. We will hold the new item for you and ship it once the original parcel reaches the studio.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom items prepared at your specific request.
  • Items with covers that are visibly soiled or carry strong odours.
